    It is VERY exact and you need to have a good understanding of ballistics. It is intimidating at first, but as you get used to it you will love it. I always back up with Sierra manuals. No limitations, it does it all. Benefits, well the information is so exact it will tell you the time in barrel and exit temp of the bullet not to mention everything under the sun. Portable, it's on your computer so I guess it can be as portable as you would like. Also Quick Target comes with it giving you exact flight paths and remaining energy at what ever distance you want, uphill, downhill, windy, hot day, cold
