I had bought a Frankford Arsenal hand priming tool. The large primer sleeve wouldn't allow the push rod to rise up through it. Called Frankford Arsenal they apologized profusely and stated they would send me a replacement part, but they were out of stock and should have more in stock in about 30 days. Not a big deal to me so I wait. About a month later a box shows up on my door step. I had forgotten that a replacement part was coming. I open the box and there was a whole new priming tool not just the piece. I will be sure to buy Frankford Arsenal products in the future.

I love how these companies go out of the way to make things right, and don't make us feel responsible for damage. Even when it is our fault, I've had them say it should be tougher lol. Even reloaders in general are for the most part generous people, for the most part.
