Could be, but I only ever saw 1 phone that was just too old.
MAybe try copying the link, and opening it in Samsung Internet. That is how I did it to be able to get it on my phone

I had to do as Wes mentioned. I copied the link and opened it using Samsung Internet and it worked fine. You probably don't have Samsung internet on a Pixel so just use Chrome or whatever internet browser it came installed with
