Agree buddy! I know the gun and load will always be better than my shooting so if I think it’s great it probably is really awesome.

    Thanks Wes,

I want to know it's me and not my reloads. If I miss the mark I know it's me that needs development. Now I want to figure out how to lower my ES. I am my toughest critic and always welcome constructive criticism and always look for ways to improve.

I never could get comfortable with a sled. I bought a nice portable shooting bench and a some sand bags. Something about it.

My Lee manual shows 27-28.5 gr for a 50 gr jacketed bullet loaded at 2.210". Not sure how a generic jacketed bullet compares in length to a Zmax though.

Honestly it would be best to work up some loads. If you start with a charge and play around with it, increasing it slowly at a set OAL until you see good groupings. It seems the zmax aren't real picky on OAL, more so on the charge. 2.200 to 2.240 seems to be the average.
