    165 gr Xtreme bullets for 40 S&W

I've loaded up some Speer 165gr TMJ .40 S&W and found 7.1gr Unique shoots extremely well. Speer lists the load data as 6.2gr min. to 7.2gr max. My question is, I have some 165gr X-Treme bullets and I'm wondering if I can use the same powder charge with the plated bullets?

Sorry for the newbie question, I'm just trying to not wreck a weapon.

You can use full lead load data or low to mid jacketed data for the Xtremes. Powder works for all types.
