    Temperature sensitivity

We are having a "shooting contest" at our hog club in TN this weekend. I little money, some side bets and bragging rights involved. There are a few competition shooters in the bunch so I don't figure on winning but would like to at least look good. I will be using H335 in 223 with 50gr Z-Max and H 4350 with 140gr ELD M in 6.5 Creedmoor. Loaded in basement at a constant temperature and test fired back when it was in the high 80's or low 90's. Looks like a high of about 30 degrees this Saturday. Shooting 100 yards with the AR and out to 600 yards with the 6.5. What kind of effect can I expect if any. I am a novice....please be kind

Your velocity is going to be less, that may or may not affect your groups. Only way to know for sure is to shoot your rifles and see.

Thank you. That is easy too correct. Thought I may have to keep my ammo in my shorts to keep it warm. Is that a 50BMG in your pocket or are you just glad to see me
