My Stepdad gave this to me 20 years ago under two conditions. Can't sell and I had to shoot it. She was pretty rough due to being shoved in a gun case wet on numerous occasions. Surface rust on all the metal, bluing was shot and the stock was cracked. A few years ago I decided to restore her to her formal glory and give her back to my Stepdad. These are the pics of the restored shotgun.

You might be right on that. It's been a while since I've seen her. I left part of the choke it's original patina, didn't want to damage the engraving with gold inlay. Absolutely fabulous gun to shoot!Originally Posted by EUDE75

All I can say is spend the time stripping the gun. The more attention paid to it the better the bluing will turn out. It was worth every minute to see the tears in my Stepdads eyes. [emoji846]
