    .25-06 powders

What are your go to powders for .25-06? I have been been using RL22. Not the best results. I have used it on multiple bullet weights, 100, 110, and 120.

I've had good luck with H&IMR 4831. Also shot a lot of IMR 4064. Here's a good one for deer.

I saw on your target, you were shooting an M77. That is what I am shooting too. Mine has a heavy barrel. I have a lot of 4064 and some 100gr Noslers. I will give that a try. I may pick up some 4831 too.

Mine is the heavy barrel model. The Nosler manual lists IMR 4831 as the most accurate powder they tested using 100gr bullets. 49.5 gr. They list IMR 4350 for the 115 & 120gr bullets. 49 gr for either one.

I’m using 47 grains of H4350 with 115 grain Nosler Ballistic tips and getting right at 1 inch groups out of 2 different rifles. I’m sure I could play with them and get them smaller but they are both deer hunting rifles so I called it good enough

I have some N150 I could try. I was using 110gr Hornady ELDx bullets. I back off to the 100gr Noslers I have.

When I had my tikka 25-06, I used IMR4831 with 115gr Nosler ballistic tips. Gave me around 1” accuracy.
