    308 ELD-M or Amax

Which bullet would be best for around 600-1000 yards. Thinking about 168 gr. Using it in a AR right now. Thanks guys.

Both will work great. But I thought the AMax were discontinued in favor of the match.

I have finally got my 30-06 at 300+ yards no issues. It's not the 600 yards you are looking for, but judging by the damage still done on the steel and how much it dropped. I would say I could easily touch over 600+ yards. Been working on the rnd for over a year.

I personally shoot a 168gr Nosler custom competition. My rifle loves them.

My friend likes the 208 eld's, works good to 1000 yards, his and mine normal bullet is the 175 RDF, I'm running a heavy load of AA 4064, takes me 31.5 minutes of elevation to hit at 1000 yards
