I stumbled across this on another reloading FB page (who, by some miracle, hasn't been deleted yet). I had no idea this was a thing. I guess if a large manufacturer is switching its production over to this new stuff, it must mean it's legit.

That’s more than I thought I’d ever know about primers but definitely useful information. I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of the industry reacts. I’m also curious as to what their definition of “affordable” is. Sometimes it means a very different thing to companies vs consumers. Anything over the current 3-4 cents per primer and I doubt they’ll take off with reloaders.
There were electronic ones at one time as well. They never really"took off"
