I sent my chargemaster in a week ago cause it was binding up internally. 4years old and out of warranty. They said it was defective from factory, received a brand new one with a warranty. Rcbs is awesome!!!

I had bought a Frankford Arsenal hand priming tool. The large primer sleeve wouldn't allow the push rod to rise up through it. Called Frankford Arsenal they apologized profusely and stated they would send me a replacement part, but they were out of stock and should have more in stock in about 30 days. Not a big deal to me so I wait. About a month later a box shows up on my door step. I had forgotten that a replacement part was coming. I open the box and there was a whole new priming tool not just the piece. I will be sure to buy Frankford Arsenal products in the future.
I love how these companies go out of the way to make things right, and don't make us feel responsible for damage. Even when it is our fault, I've had them say it should be tougher lol. Even reloaders in general are for the most part generous people, for the most part.

I peruse local auctions, estate sales, and eBay for good deals on used reloading items frequently. I have bought some items for so cheap that I don’t mind putting some money into them for repairs or replacing parts. After years of being stubborn and weighing charges I finally bought a Unifow. After I realized how smart of a device they were, I went on the hunt for some used ones. I found a couple that were missing pieces and called RCBS to order some new ones. I told them I bought them used and knowing they were needing parts. I have them every reason to charge me for these parts. Nope. They happily insisted that they only needed my address and no payment was necessary. It just goes to remind me that I need to buy a few new items from them once in awhile!
