For long range coyotes, which of these two and why? I know there are hundreds of other options and some may even be better, but for now I'm just comparing these two...

Probably better to ask this in the wildcat reloading section instead of the equipment for sale section. That being said, my answer to your question is either. Both great rounds, I prefer the 22-250ackley since brass is easy to make. But either round would be perfect for your intended purpose.
