The inside of your smoker looks familiar! Love the convenience of electric. Have some Walleye from the North Coast of America Lake Erie and King Mackerel from the Gulf Coast and been tempted to put some in the smoker.
Never tried walleye but I could. Saginaw bay is my back yard. Whitefish is awesome.
