Wet tumble, dry tumble or both?

I've only used corn cob media. Is walnut bedding really better? Willing to try, I do like the nufinish results.

I think of walnut as a better cleaner and corn cob as a polisher. I clean my brass using a mixture of about 90% walnut and 10% corn cob with a bit of a polish added...
