Anneal 300 BLK converted brass?

Do you all always anneal your converted 300 BLK brass? Is it required?

If you do, what do you use?

I’ve heard conflicting information so wondering what the consensus here is...

I get my brass from Wes and he said it isn't necessary. Never had any issues.
