Help identify this part please

I've been thinking on it . I know it is a base plate but I've been trying to figure out for what. I think it's probably for a Lee turret with an ejector or case kicker . The Lee is the only one I can think of with a 3 bolt base that would kick out the front.

Don't know anyone with one of those presses. I'll set it to the side for now. May end up using it in some project down the road. Or give it to someone that recognizes it and can use it.
