    Problem With finished rounds

As I was checking my finished rounds, I noticed that some of them had the primer protruding slightly. Can I set it in further by using my priming tool?

Dangerous to do so. If you set one off, you now have a bomb in your hand. Safest way is to pull em apart and seat the primers, resize the brass with no decapping pin, and reload em
