Does it come with the conversion kits for those two calibers also? Powder-measure, or any other accessories?

i will inquire, it is not my loader. i do know he was loading .45 ACP and 38 target loads
Dillons hold their value really well. Ive been looking for used for awhile now and they seem to be almost as expensive as new.
