My dad ended up talking with the owner of Shiloh...we went with 5744 and 405gr bullets...I don't remember the recipe offhand (I get to touch the gun once a year, right after I help him reload a few box's)

It's a blast to shoot, and he won't let me load the paper-patch bullets I bought him
