Try wrapping the firebox in a welding blanket and throw a moving blanket over the smoker. It’s a game changer when it’s that cold. I cooked for a family reunion here in Colorado here a while back when it down around 0 up in Morrison where we were staying.

I am going to build a shed to put the smoker in. That will stop all of the wind issues.
