Ive only got one collet crimp die in a pistol caliber, 500s&w.

This is an 18 year old carbide crimp 357 die


And this is a purchased last week carbide crimp die 44 mag



I see what you mean about the bottom ring being missing, but I don’t know enough about the o collet crimp dies to understand what is going on with your die.
