I would only be casting for pistol so 9mm and 45ACP. I think it should be good enough since it would just be for plinking.

Thanks! I may start with a small 10 pound weight and see how it forms and shoots.

I think you’ll have real leading issues with the 9mm especially.

Pure lead is really just too soft for such a fast moving projectile.
