Sounds like a lot of fun Sawman, I miss the PA groundhog hunts I used to do annually with a couple good buddies. So many stories and good times, but you know how life happens and separates people as we age. So thankful for the memories though and am planning to start up again but probably by my self.

Shoot straight!

Started with a Winchester Mod 70 XTR chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. My Speer 115gr handloads were accurate an deadly. I was a member of "Seekers of the Red Mist" society.
Then moved on to a Savage 112J chambered in 220Swift. Settled on the 52gr SMK's at a nominal 3850.
Loved the hunt. Easy going, could talk and joke with huntin' buddy. We took head shots only if <200yds.
Miss that hunting. --- SAWMAN
