    Bullet length and profile. The bullet is hitting the top of the chamber before the rim pops up through the cut outs on the bolt rails. Kinda wedges it in there. With xtp’s seated deep it will feed, just cant be ginger with it. I am having trouble finding a cheap plinking bullet that will feed reliably.

    Yeah... bought the .357 a few years ago ... can’t justify getting rid of it to upgrade but love the side gate. Maybe something new. 4570 perhaps.
