Bullet length and profile. The bullet is hitting the top of the chamber before the rim pops up through the cut outs on the bolt rails. Kinda wedges it in there. With xtp’s seated deep it will feed, just cant be ginger with it. I am having trouble finding a cheap plinking bullet that will feed reliably.
