I have always found something to be happy about IMR 4064 or Varget. I lean on Varget the most. I have stayed in the 165gr category for awhile with SST’s, Sierra Gamekings, and Hornady GMX. Haven’t played with my .30-06 in a while but have been happy with the performance of these combinations with everything but the SST’s. They shot accurately but after using that bullet in other rifles I quit using them altogether.
