There is different thickness on sidewalls of brass brands. Wes’s LC brass is the best I have used.
When it comes to dies I would step up to forster dies. Before AAC (the inventor of 300 blkout) got bought, they recommended Forster dies for 300 blackout. I have processed thousands of rounds of brass with the Forster dies with no problems to chamber. The lee dies I started with caused a ton of failed to chamber problems. Make sure you use enough lube when forming brass, but not too much.
I don’t know what dies Wes uses to make his 300 blk brass, you would have to ask him.
