    Unlike Lee. When I got into reloading Lee was such a great deal, and the Spokane White Elephant has unreal prices. But Lee's Customer service is garbage. Bad 9mm die gouging cases on resize. I still think I have the voicemail, from one of their techs after we went round and round how a Lee Die can't be the problem, for 30 mins and I hung up. He called back left a voicemail, to tell me the issue was I was to dumb to use their products and should just get rid of them!...

    Called to complain and forwarded the Voicemmail with Name and Number it came in on, and customer service manager lady told me straight up it wasn't one of her people and that I was just scamming for free parts.

    I promptly dumped my Lee products.
