Military Surplus reloading

I am reloading Lake City brass for my M1A. Using Hornaday reloading manual number ten. Manual list of recommend powder has Winchester 748 listed. I have a good supply of this powder. Going to use 42.9 gr of powder and a 155 gr BTHP Match. I’m trying to reduce recoil and am only shooting 300 yards. Can anyone recommend this plan?

Yes sir. Put it in the rifle reloading section, and title it as you see fit. Then it is a place everyone can see and go to for that specific thread
