It's nice. I smoked on a cold day, temps came up pretty quickly. It took a little longer sitting outside in 30F weather, but that was to be expected, IMHO.
I also have the cold smoke attachment, but have not used it. I never keep cheese around long enough to have enough to cold smoke.
