And IMO,a real plus for these bullets is the wide meplate. It acts like a leather punch and leaves a open hole that readily leaks/squirts blood.
Using these bullets I have tracked many animals that blood was on both sides of the game trail. This bullet (440gr),coming out of my 18" 500S&W rifle is devastating on even the biggest of hogs. --- SAWMAN
