Probably lapua but you will have to anneal it regularly
Lapua does make great brass, but its $$$$. Lake City is good brass and it’s a lot less $$. Although it will need processed. I haven’t used/tested Star Line 223 brass yet, but if their handgun brass is any indication I would jump on it.

I would say Lapua. I have a test group of 10 right now in .223 with 22 reloads on them and they are still going just fine. I do anneal as well as neck size and bump the shoulder with Forster Bushing Bump Neck sizing dies. When they start to get sticky in my chamber, I use a Redding body die to shrink the body back down. I do the same process with all my bolt action dedicated brass. Not sure how long they will last in a semi auto though.
