As title sez I just finished up a 300 BLK,Soto Upper,and 80% lower build a few weekends ago and loaded up some test rounds this am, I was just looking to see if all the brain trust could let me know if it passes muster,wont know if the loads are living up to or shooting close to book info until Chrono gets here in a week or so and weather gives me and warmer drier break.
300 BLK
223 converted cases Federals (300 atm)
Redding forming die
lee dies
Decapped and Sized then trimmed to 1.355-1.358, before trimming sizes where 1.362-1.359
Loaded 50 for test
25 with H110 in groups of 5 in .5gr increments starting at 15.7-17.7 grs
25 with IMR4227 in groups of 5 in .3gr increments starting at 15.7-17.1 grs
Using CCI #400 Small rifle primers and 125 gr Hornady SST's
All turned out from 1.428-1.430 measured to Ogive and as close as I could with older eyes
Load Data came from Modern Reloading 2nd edition
