How often do you verify powder charges?

Oh, and on the static, I just got a hopper from Ward at Dram Worx and I am hoping that will reduce and maybe eliminate the static issue.

I know it is a week later, but I finally got a chance to try the Dram Worx hopper out. Used AA# 2 which is a very fine grain and would show static quickly and saw zero, I am impressed and it is nice to see the powder so clearly through the pyrex. I highly recommend this item!
