Good 30cal bullet for range shooting

Hello, I have been up and down every isle at Sages Reloading and can't seem to find a good 30cal bullet for my 30-06 for range practice. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Brass and press are ready, I just need a date for the dance...lol

For just plinking, the 150gr hornady fmj is great.

The 150gr Hornady FMJ/BT was designed for the 30-06, and shoot Sub MOA in most 30-06 and 308 rifles.

Watch your twist rate. My Mauser with 1:10 spits 150s like watermelon seeds. It likes 180s...

A 10” twist should stabilize 125gr up to 200gr bullets. Your Mauser may just hate 150gr bullets.

Yeah - it was an FN barreled action my dad bought surplus back in the late 50s. It has it's quirks but a lot of antlers to it's credit. I'll feed it whatever it likes...

I definitely have had my share of quirky rifles. Sometimes it’s been the strangest combinations of bullets and powders, to get them to shoot.
