My buddy Gavin has, with some impressive results. I've shot his bolt-action 224 Valkyrie. Very accurate!

I have one from Dedicated Technologies. It is a 22 inch Shilen select match barrel 1:6.5 twist. Upper was squared and trued. Using brass and 90 SMK (from Wes) it will do sub half moa when I do my part. I have drilled a 4 inch square steel at 966 yards repeatedly with it.

I absolutely love what it can do, but don't have the ability to get out to distance beyond 500 yards now. So I am entertaining the idea of selling it..... brass, dies, bullets, and powder (if you pay the hazmat) included. I would sell the whole gun with scope, or the upper only (with or without scope).
