Anyone use these primers for their 223/556 reloads? Notice any difference?

Are the 41 primers "necessary" for an AR or just recommend. I just made up some ladders for my AR using 400.

Just don't tell my wife how much any of this really costs.
Respectfully I say - - -> You would also be surprised at the number of AR owners that have never (EVER !!) expieranced a slamfire while using "normal" (CCI 400 and etc.) primers.

Who has experienced a slam fire with a properly seated standard small rifle primer? Anyone here? I have never seen it happen.
CCI #41 primers are made to military specifications. A bunch of hoo-ha about nothing if you ask me.

And my first thought is . . . was that primer seated a little high.
.003" could make a difference I would think. Is the finer workings of the BCG within specs ?? No worn parts ?? None with a manufacturing defect ??
My point is . . . there is a lot of things that could cause or contribute to the cause of a slamfire besides the thickness of the primer. --- SAWMAN
