An armed society is a polite society
I’m very happy with that 23.1gr charge load. It is .3gr under max. Velocity is good, and accuracy is better than I was expecting. Those bullets were 7.9 cents a piece from Wes, free powder and primers that were given to me years ago. It’s cheap, it’s accurate, and my kids can blast away.

It doesn’t surprise me that 0.3g under max is a great shooter, it seems to me that is usually the case for most guns.

Weather is too nasty to shoot, so I’ve been loading this 223 load.

My youngest son (9) has taken a liking to the .223. At the range this past Sunday, he turned in this 20 shot group at 100yds. It was 70° with gusty wind. Not too shabby.
