I have some 223 brass I could trade for some 223 Sierra bullets.

.223" bullets are not plentiful and usually used in low in 22 caliber rounds, maybe 22 Hornet. *See Hornady's bullet selection*
.224" bullets are what's required in 22 caliber high power rounds EXCEPT the 22 Jet.
