So Talked to Dillon Support yesterday they are sending me a new handle, they did confirm that they are made out of bar stock aluminum now and not steel like the old ones, didnt have any idea what grade. I can honestly say that I hope these kind of changes to material selection don't permeate their other products.

Thanks for confirming. I had read they were making them out of aluminum now which is unfortunate given the price and reputation. How many rounds did it take to break it?

The answer, Alot. I made it through 10K+ rounds on saturday/sunday, and thats not counting what I had done in the 6 months prior.
