    Brass sorting

So I sorted my range brass last night trying to get the lake city for 300 blackout. It was probably a 1 to 7 mix of LC to everything else. Of the leftovers about 70% is FC of various types.

My question is if it's worth sorting out the FC and using it for my more precision loads or just keep it mixed? I have only don't mixed processing up to this point but would like to work a little more accuracy into my reloads.

Just don't tell my wife how much any of this really costs.

FC tends to run short in length from the factory, and is better for cutting down to 300blk in my opinion. Use the LC for more precision 223 rounds

Thanks Wes. That actually makes me happier as I was lacking the amount I wanted to use to convert into blackout. I'll go through and sort again seperati g the FC for conversion.

Wes, can you confirm that Federal is now operating the Lake City plant. I know it has little or nothing to do with this thread, but I was curious if what I herd was true.

I heard it from a few people.
    No definitive proof though
