22-250 brass

Buddy of mine started reloading 22-250 recently and he’s been buying brand new Winchester brass but out of 100 usually 1-2 are bad or missing. Is Remington any good is is Hornady the best option

Out of the three, hornady is my first choice, Remington second. Back in the 90’s winchester was always my first choice, but seems their qc has slipped.
