Both powders are great for both projectiles. Longshot is a tad faster velocity, but either one should be good. I use them both as well as AA#9.

On my Xtreme 124 FP, I'm running 1.140", Gold Dots I'm running 1.135", and XTP 1.145". Those are with working up loads and what shot best in my barrel.
