Ah I overlooked Blue Dot. I've never used it before. Alliant lists Blue Dot at 11.0 grains as max and OAL of 1.135". I'm sure it will do good too. The data I listed from Hodgdon was right off their site for Longshot powder.

OK thanks again. I'll give both a shot.

Are you using the Lee auto drum by chance. If I use it it over flares the case. Now if I don't use it I can set the flare as needed. Seems like the tension from the spring in the auto drum over flares it. Never has issues like this using the auto drum in any other pistol cartridges. Any ideas?

I'm loading mine on my Dillon 550B so I don't have the Autodrum. Does it have any kind of height adjustment to allow it not to push so deep in the neck?

If I back it way off to get the proper flare it wont drop the powder. I'm lost. May have to call Lee.

With the .357 SIG it doesn't need much flare. I'd call LEE and see what they recommend. Wish I could help, but I'm not familiar with the Autodrum. I use lots of LEE products and never had the first complaint, but unfortunately the Autodrum isn't one I've tried.
