How to stop receiving emails?

I've searched but cannot find out how to quit receiving emails for the forums?

There is a unsubscribe link farther down in the email.

Ah-Ha . . . was wondering about that myself.
As I am on here 5-10 time most days I do not feel that I need any notifications. --- SAWMAN

or go up to tool bar click forum actions,click general settings 3 rd one is subscription, change it to do not subscribe

PS dont forget to save changes at the bottom of page
