Check out CamerlandNY. They carry Hawke scopes and my buddy got me onto them. He had 2K rounds through his Lapua Mag with one of their $600 scopes on it. No issues at all. It was the Sidewinder 30 6-24 power I believe. Brain is tired. Doug at Cameraland runs a lot of specials on Hawke and others. Especially around Holidays of course. They have open box and demo specials too. I got a $1600 scope on the cheap from them a while back. Many of the Hawkes are designed for use with Springer style air guns, they take a beating.
