    First time ultrasonic

Just got a Hornady hot tub ultrasonic cleaner. Never used one before. Going to use Hornady one shot case cleaner in it. Any tips on drying brass? How long should I run it? Thanks in advance

A dehydrator works well for drying brass.

But I usually just throw it in my vibratory tumbler with corn cob, nu finish and a little mineral spirits.

I wet tumble. I made some metal wire trays that I use to put my wet brass in a toaster oven for drying. Could use a regular oven too.

Just don't tell my wife how much any of this really costs.

Update: I ran the cleaner. 400-500 9mm. Didn't come out as clean as I wanted. I don't think I had enough solution. Next time I'll try less cases. I think I had too many. Some cases looked brand new others still pretty dirty inside and out

It is trial and error until you get the ratios right. Now they still won't shine as much unless you run them through a vibratory tumbler

I love mine. I use it after depriming so the brass hits the Dillon clean.
