I picked up a compass too, pretty good bang for the buck. Only thing I would like is a bit quieter safety. I've worked mine a lot as it was real stiff when I first got it but still need to be careful as it is pretty loud if all is quiet on a hunt and need to slowly move it to fire.

I have this same rifle just in a 6.5 what cheek riser is this and do you just drill through the stock and put the bolts through? I have a tie on one that's just not comfortable and it tends to slide forward on me so I need a better solution...Originally Posted by Rbranchsgunworks

How do you like the rifle I know its an entry level does it shoot well for you? thanks for any info you can give there a military rebate on T/C rifles.
I love it can't beat it for the price I'm getting 1" groups at 100 yds I did upgrade the trigger spring as far as a military discount I haven't seen one yet
