    What would be a good BHN for 148gn 38/357 wad cuters or semi wad cutters. Will be loading the old bullseye like 2.6-2.8 grns.

    Lyman #2 alloy 15-18 could go less with that load that's light

    +1 for Lyman #2; and quench casting.
    With target loads you don't care about terminal performance, just barrel leading.
