AA2520, Ramshot Tac, BLC-2 all work decent and meter well
There are probably a few I am missing, but someone will chime in soon with a few more options I am sure

I use IMR 4064 for my 168 rounds however I have not used it on my 650.

I believe the powder is grain shape extruded stick powder so sure it will not meter well with 650 as it is difficult to impossible to throw consistent charges with my Redding powder measurer.

W748 meters well also but I try to stick to the more temp stable powders. I've had good luck with Benchmark metering good but haven't loaded 308 with it yet.
